Transforming learning into a sports thrill
Sportified Learning is a new pedagogical methodology that aims to sharpen both physical and intellectual skills. Rather than isolating body from mind, it brings them together to spark enthusiasm for learning to maximize positive educational outcomes.
This interactive method can bring outstanding results for purposes of review, application, and assessment in any academic process or subject matter. The goal is to stoke enthusiasm in the classroom, without investing in new equipment or software. Sportified Learning works well for 1st-12th Grade students as well as for adults. Because students compete on learning while using sports elements to make it fun, it does not require a student to be an athlete and a game can easily be designed to be inclusive for any physical disability.
